SmurfAudio is its own site. It is not part of SmurfBlues, and it is not installed with the ASI.
Use it for SmurfBlues siren WAVs, or for an OAC you want to put back through OpenIV.
OpenIV’s export is a .oac next to a folder of .wav files. Import asks for the .oac first, then for that folder.
.oac, then choose the wave folder beside it.oac and the folder onto the box togetherEach sound shows the WAV, the AudioString for an ELS XML, and the WavFile for a SmurfBlues XML. Leave AudioString empty when WavFile is set. The stock list follows Aebian’s ELS siren list.
Paste a link, set the start and end, and add the clip. It is saved as 16-bit mono.
vehicles.awc from mods\x64\audio\sfx\RESIDENT.rpf to openFormats.oac and the waves here, and replace the sounds you want. Leave the track names as they were.oac sits beside its wave folder.oac. OpenIV writes the AWCSmurfBlues does not use that round trip. Export SmurfBlues WAVs, put the files in SmurfBlues\sounds\sirens\, and paste the WavFile line. Leave AudioString empty.
